Art of Alchemy

Art of Alchemy is where I write from inside the practice.

It’s a space I created to stay in relationship with the work—not as something taught from a distance, but as something lived, questioned, and returned to in real time.

Some people come to this work through structured courses. Others find their way through reflection, through language, through the quiet recognition of something they already know.

This space exists for that.

What Is the Art of Alchemy?

At Art of Alchemy Substack, I share reflections, personal writing, and the ways Daoist practice meets daily life—grief, solo parenting, change, and the ongoing process of being human.

If the courses here offer structure and form, Art of Alchemy offers continuity.

A place to return to.
A place to sit with what is unfolding.

How it works

There are layers to this space.

Some posts are freely available—part of a shared field of reflection that you can read and receive in your own time.

For those who feel called to go a little deeper, there is a paid subscriber space.

Each month, I share a reflection and a guided meditation—simple, grounded practices that you can bring into daily life. These are the same practices I return to myself, and the same ones I teach in my work.

The intention is not more content, but a way to stay connected to the practice over time.

Why it exists

I created this space because transformation doesn’t happen all at once, and it doesn’t happen in isolation.

It happens in small moments— in returning, in noticing, in sitting with what is here.

Art of Alchemy is a place to support that process.

If this way of working resonates with you, you’re welcome to join.

You can read freely, or step into the deeper space when and if it feels right.

There is no right way to engage—only what meets you where you are.
